Training

It's not necessary to hold a BMFA 'A' certificate to fly unsupervised at our club, but we expect pilots to operate their models safely.  If you require training, a few members will be happy to assist - this can just be standing next to you and offering advice, being ready to grab your transmitter if you ask them to, or a full buddy-box system (which is the safest way).  We have a BMFA club examiner who can get you tested and issued with an 'A' certificate once you've reached the required standard.
